"During my stay I interacted with at least 7 or 8 staff members, in all honesty only 2 of them did make us feel welcome and smiled. The others just looked like they didn’t want to be there and were extremely unfriendly,
The hotel is situated in a decent place but really needs some TLC. I wasn’t a fan of the breakfast get up at all and that would be the second biggest reason. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

"So this bunk bed room isn’t exactly the “family” room I thought I reserved. Not sure how a family shares a room where the shower walks out directly by the bed, unless they are a family of nudists. We had to leave the room to provide privacy so we could take turns showering! This room was so small you could barely maneuver around your luggage, and it was very hot even with the air conditioning on. The fitted sheet on the top bunk was so tiny it didn’t even cover the mattress and the single pillow...

"Arrived, very hard time finding parking, room was very small but functional, towels had stains on them, shower was only hot for about 30 seconds at a time, sheets were all wrinkled. The garden was just a cement pad with a table and an ash tray. Wifi was posted on outside of building allowing anyone to use it, causing very slow wifi for the tv and phones.
When addressing stain concerns and shower concerns there was very little help or apologies. If ever go back to belfast will not be staying...
