"Hotel staff were friendly, but hotel is totally unsuitable for business. Wifi is poor with an inconsistent connection, but more frustrating was no phone reception in building so unable to tether which was quite frustrating. Decor is quite old but clean. Rooms were v noisy. Hotel may be suitable for family vacation as they have a kids club and within walking distance to Westport. But it certainly is not at 4 star standard as advertised."
