We travelled as a family and it was our 1st time in Crete and an adults only Hotel, our whole experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived at the hotel till the day of leaving. "BEAUTIFUL hidden gem of a hotel! Myself and my Fiancé stayed here for 3 nights in the Junior Penthouse Suite and it totally exceeded our expectations and more! Immaculately clean! Very spacious, comfortable bed! And the jetted tub was so lovely to relax in. Stunning views of the sea, staff are so helpful and friendly! The hotel grounds are exceptionally well kept and the pool very inviting! Thank you so much for a relaxing break away! We will absolutely be back and for much longer next time!...

"Beautiful resort, amazing customer service. The Oceana restaurant (the only one with any availability the week we were there, one slot @8:30pm) was only ok, I think the buffet was better. We had a problem with our room and the electricity going out, each room in the 010-019 stretch seem to be on individual breakers. Our new room was great with no issues.
