"Had to wait for someone to check us in. Was out of Breakfast food before the time was up had to order Uber Eats for some Breakfast. There was a sock next to the couch in site and there was food left in the microwave from the people that was in the room before us. The WiFi was fine. "

"We have stayed here a few times when we come to watch the Grizzlies, but we will think twice when we come back to Memphis in December. Our room was not ready after the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, so we ran behind meeting up with friends. The man who had to not only deal with, but MANY other was giving it his best, so thank you. I asked to speak with a manager, but he/she never showed. Courtside Grill-avoid if you want breakfast. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone just to greet us. After we were seated, it took more time, and the food was not good. I can't imagine how bad service really gets because they were not even busy. Westin, do better if you want to keep loyal customers."
