"Lovely hotel in great surrounding. Fab infinity pool for Insta worthy pics. The food at the hotel was outstanding and by far the best buffets we had during our trip to Sri Lanka and definitely the best hoppers. The hotel is built into a rock. Some areas felt a little dated in decor and check in was a bit slow but this could be due to the large numbers of people staying at the hotel. "Utterly excellent hotel.
Food, setting, staff, rooms, spa and pool all brilliant.
From here we used hotel drivers to go to Sigiriya, elephant safari, Pollanawa and Arandupura.

"We stayed in a Signature Premium Suite and can't fault the room at all. It was in good shape, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Staff were incredibly friendly and the golf buggy shuttle provided by the hotel was very helpful, especially when it was raining. The food at the bar was lovely, as were the drinks. Both the pools were really big and the hotel is in a beautiful location. Only downside for us was the buffet for dinner which is why we decided to eat at the bar the second night. Would...

"The staff were excellent and extraordinary welcoming. We are an elderly couple and the staff took care of us like we were their own children. The chief went out of his way to ask me what food I liked and cooked it especially just to make us feel welcome. That was not necessary but the warmth of the team made our holiday excellent. So clean and wonderful. "
