"Rough looking place. They were painting but smelled like smoke. Bed linens were clean but this place needs an overhaul. Airport shuttle was not available (didn’t find that out until late night I checked in) because of a game???"

"Staff at morning checkout"

"I had a very pleasant stay here. Room was large, beds very comfortable, and, except for the occasional footstep over head, quiet. The breakfast was surprisingly generous, and included real oatmeal (my favorite), thick slices of bacon, eggs, muffins--the whole spread. I would happily return."

"Great stay."

"I needed a 1 br suite that didn't break the bank. This was it and the location turned out great. I was going from there to the Alliant Energy Center and it was 15 min away even at rush hour. Hop on I-90, exit hwy 12/18 west beltline highway."

"Falling apart: bathroom floorboard peeling off, toilet paper had to set on the tub because the holder broken, inside door lock broken. Bed was VERY lumpy. No insulation in ceiling or walls as we could hear all activities from rooms all around us. Looks like the hallway was never vacuumed nor liter picked up. Only received 3 hand towels (no bath, no wash clothes) went to the front desk to ask for more but no one was there."

"Room was clean, staff was friendly and restaurant was good."

"Nice room"

"All staff were particularly helpful - front desk, restaurant and van drivers. Anxious to be sure my stay was exceptional."

"The bathroom sink barely drained, toilet had black mold growing under the inside rim and was difficult to flush. I requested 2 extra pillows when making my reservation, but they refused. We stayed 2 nights and after first night we requested housekeeping to come in and told management about the mold in the toilet. Toilet was cleaned but no fresh towels were provided and bed was not made."

"been here before, loved it and came back. super nice and clean and great location"
