"The rooms are cold and damp. The stairs are rickety and an absolute health-hazard. There is no WiFi, despite the claim on Orbitz. The manager confessed he hasn't had WiFi in the hotel for months. The TV was not working. The water supply is a trickle and ice-cold....after many complaints the trickle turned warm, so you could fill 1 bucket per hour. "This hotel does not have bad amenities but a terribly reluctant management. Basically, the answer was 'no, sorry we cannot' to every request.
