He helped us with the directions. He and his team work day and night to make sure we have tasty food for breakfast lunch and dinner and making nice dargeeling tea for us. The property is located in the mountains with lots of greenery and small hikes to explore the tea plantations. Will definitely visit here again. "

"Very very bad experiences. This hotel has another hotel about 2 - 3 Km far from this property. We confirmed all payments for our rooms & when we were there, the desk manager told not possible to arrange rooms for us due to room unavailability & we have to shift their that hotel, which is far from there. After waiting about 30 - 40 minutes, continuous bargaining & our rigid decision that we don't shift hotel then he allocated rooms for us. He was lier, at first he told not possible to arrange...

"The rooms are cold and damp. The stairs are rickety and an absolute health-hazard. There is no WiFi, despite the claim on Orbitz. The manager confessed he hasn't had WiFi in the hotel for months. The TV was not working. The water supply is a trickle and ice-cold....after many complaints the trickle turned warm, so you could fill 1 bucket per hour. The building is crumbling and in dire need of repairs.Cockroaches were roaming freely and the mattress was lumpy, smelly, damp and impossible to sleep...

"This hotel does not have bad amenities but a terribly reluctant management. Basically, the answer was 'no, sorry we cannot' to every request. We even had to insist and fight to have laundered sheets put on our beds as the bed we were given had unwashed, stained sheets. It did have a nice rooftop deck with a wonderful mountain view. Also the lobby was quite nice even if extremely cold; we asked that the fireplaces be turned on, to which they said 'no' so we could not really hang out there. I...
