"Hotel was comfortable to stay in, the service and staff are stellar, everyone was friendly and inviting. You felt good going back to the bars or restaurants around the Dynasty complex. Food was great. And to top it all off the hotels proximity to most a lot of the things that bring people to Kuta is pretty neat. We had a fantastic week and will certainly be returning in the future. "

"Great staff. Fitness center was clean. Loved the infinity pool with pool bar. 5 minute walk to Canggu beach, with plenty of restaurants and shops all walking distance. Would definitely book this place again"

"It is in a quiet-er area of Sanur on a street filled with shopping, massage and dining options. Staff was very nice. Hint: for transportation, instead of using hotel-arranged expensive option, use Grab an Uber-like app used in Indonesia as well as Singapore"

"We had an amazing two weeks at Andaz Bali for our honeymoon. The staff had a special cake made for us and local jams and snacks were delivered to celebrate our day. "I loved the large swimming pool, the location by the beach and only 10 min walk to Icon Mall. The breakfast buffet has good varieties. Staff is super helpful anf friendly. It has a fitness center that opens 24×7. The only disappointment is it does not have a sauna and the wait for elevators can take a long time."
