The staff are extremely helpful, and the pool is very nice for relaxing. We were leaving too early for breakfast, so they made us a takeaway and provided a free shuttle to the airport. I would happily stay there again."

"Pool was good clean rooms but breakfast was average. Need more pool chairs and the staff need to wait till you finish eating lunch before bringing the bill. Pool side service very slow and don’t come and take dirty plates and glasses away."

"+ good breakfast spread; efficient and personable staff managing the breakfast + great spa; clean and reasonably priced + modern fittings and fixtures in the rooms + right next door to many stores (uniqlo, H&M etc), and close to many restaurants/coffee houses. + efficient check-in and check-out; they facilitated early check-in and late check-out + easy to arrange cabs from them, and their markup on the price is reasonable - the one thing that we weren't satisfied with was the dinner + cocktails...

"クタビーチが近く、歩いて10分ほどです。 お部屋も綺麗でおしゃれで、2泊の間は綺麗に清掃してくれていました。 スタッフさんも優しくて丁寧でした。 近くにはショッピングモールがあって、何も困らなかったです。 周囲の治安は夜はあまり良く無いですが、2人以上で歩けば問題なかったです。 またバリに来たら泊まりたいです。"

"Kuta Seaview Resort was probably the best hotel we could have asked for. It’s right on the beach, near to Beachwalk shopping centre and in the heart of the cafes, restaurants and shops at every turn. There’s a gelato shop and marts right beside it. The staff are at the top of their service and hospitality, from the gardeners, housekeeping staff and front desk, they all greet and speak with you warmly. "古いホテルでしたが、雰囲気は良かった。3階の部屋だったが、階段しかなく、ポーターがいないとスーツケースを運ぶには不便。年配者には辛いかも。基本的には清潔だが、古いのもあるがトイレがやや清掃が微妙であったと感じた。洗面用具は基本持参した方が良い。ドライヤーが、固定型の年代物。ただ、テラスでお茶したりできる場所がある。朝食は選択方式、果物とジュース、トーストは無料。5分フリーマッサージあり、私のとこには来てくれず残念だった。チェックアウト時、スーツケースのピックアップをお願いしたが、時間に現れず、内線しようとしたが、部屋の電話が壊れていた。"
