"We liked the location and the facilities in general"

"I love the location. Staff was great. Pool and hot tub. Cant go wrong."

"Lake view, room was clean but needed a bigger vanity in bathroom and new bed sheets very pilled, nice walk in shower, staff very friendly and available, breakfast was okay, complimentary Door County wine and cheese daily"

"Have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here over the years. Best in Door County"

"Room, bathroom, and deck were all very clean. The property was well maintained. The jacuzzi was clean but very slippery. My wife was very hesitant getting in and out. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. Wife loved the amenities - soaps, bath salts, robes, etc. The morning coffee and afternoon snacks were much appreciated."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly and accommodating! I was very impressed with them."

"First of all, the location is great: right on the lake, and central to downtown Bailey’s Harbor and the marina. It has a great deck and outside sitting area for spending time looking at the lake. The room was comfortable and clean. Downside - the breakfast isn’t much and we experienced issues with the TV and lack of assistance with that. There was no information in the room about how to work the TV. After a visit to the office we were told they used Direct TV. Did not work. After another visit...

"The property was very clean. I would’ve just appreciated a handicap room for my brother. Also room and the grand floor would’ve been better. However, I understand the hotel was fully booked from what the staff was telling me."
