"The resort is now showing its age - needs a major make over - overall it was OK. We were disappointed to receive a charge post check out for a bottle of Wine we did not consume within the room (mini bar) A CREDIT is now being issued Would we go back likely not!!!"

"We reserved a Spa Suite for $425 USD - upon arrival, the assigned room was tucked in the back corner of the property and was very, very tiny with a large tub on the outside deck - certainly not a room that should be advertised as a "suite". Even worse, the only view from the room/deck was looking at the backside of another building and the air conditioning units for each room. We asked to be moved to another room, but unfortunately, the property was completely booked so they could not move us....

"The staff here were really friendly and helpful - they gave us great suggestions and made sure I felt special on my birthday. The dual key spa apartment was bigger than we expected, and we loved having our own space. The kitchen was also spacious. We didn’t use the pools as it was a bit chilly but they looked nice and many other guests were enjoying them. Great family friendly resort!"

"Loved the warm water in the swimming pool. However, the room we were staying in, C211, was poorly insulated from noise. Every morning and night we were waken by noisy guests in the room next door. Hope if we come back next time we are given a room that is better insulated from noise from adjoining rooms."

"The property is located in a gated community which is smart and secure. The apartment was spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for your a stay. There is parking, but it is on a first come first served, so you could end up with a walk, something to consider for families. We also found it noisy, there was always something- it was easy to hear conversations from neighbouring apartments, children in the pool area, dustmen, traffic noise, plant watering and those...

"The room we were given was very small. It definitely shouldn't be advertised as a studio apartment. We were there for a week and expected a microwave or a cooktop to make some meals. There was nothing, nor was there any inside table to sit down to eat. We had two large suitcases which could only be put on the floor and for us to step over. One in front of the bed and the other in the bathroom. We did find an outside bbq to cook on but had to eat our steak on a plate on our bed. There was no sink...
