"Due to the current situation there was an effective non contact check in service. This was through a side door where we were given access via a personal code. The problem was, we had brought our 5.5 month old daughter with us who we had to pack a lot of things for and there was no lift, just a lot of stairs, so we had to cart all of her pram up 2 flights of stairs which was not practical! I’m not sure how a person in a wheelchair would have managed either, but there was no staff around to ask....
