"The room furnishings were basic but clean. The breakfast was okay—but the acoustics in the common areas are awful! The ladies at reception would talk (quite loudly) and their voices would bounce and echo terribly off all the walls and floors; it was excrutiating, especially first thing in the morning. The whole first floor felt somewhat like a warehouse, like they were in the middle of just setting the place up or remodelling. Unfortunately, the reception desk experience is the first impression...

"the room I booked was not available, So they gave me a room down graded ,and tried to tell me it was a upgrade. I spent 5 minutes in the room and was so discussed with the filth. I checked out in less than 15 minutes after checking in. I recommend the Sleep inn right behind the property."

"We stayed here in Aug 2026. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't a nice experience, either. The upsides: -not cheap but not higher than comparable hotel chains, either. -located conveniently to I-70 -bed very comfortable; sofa bed was "good" according to my son - lamps with standard outlets as well as usb outlets; very easy to plug in without having to bend down The downsides: -We arrived, tired and worn out after a 12 hours driving, 16 hour day. The person who checked us in was clearly annoyed...
