"Front desk staff friendly and helpful"

"For some reason we were given a handicap room that we didn't ask for and was not given a choice if we wanted it or not. Did NOT like the walk in shower as the water ran into the bathroom and the shower head was broken so you could NOT adjust the height of the shower head to higher for those not handicapped. It made showering very hard to do comfortably The staff should have given us a choice if we wanted that room or not. We would have said no if given the choice."

"Well priced. Very good staff. Older facility with updates. Bed was less than comfortable, pillows too. The TV reception was very poor and the picture went out about once every 15 minutes, so you have to turn the TV off yken turn it back on again."

"Hotel is good. Road noise loud in the front side. Pool is not open and they don’t know if or when it will be. However, we went to the Hays Aquatic Center and it was fantastic. $5 and has lazy river, big pool with 2 diving boards, kids pool and splash area, concession, lots of chairs, 2 slides. Great day."

"Fast check in and helpful staff, the room was great with lots of well designed areas for bags. Beds super comfortable! Clean room but if you’re sensitive to freeway noise ask for a room on the north side of the building. Breakfast was actually really good with lots of healthy options and grab and go items. Good place to stop and sleep on your way through for sure."

"The house was in a good location. Only street parking is available, but it was convenient and there was always space. The house is definitely “antique”, but everything worked; water flowed, toilet flushed, lights came on, etc. Wood floors squeeked throughout the house. Hosts are available via text only and were not always responsive. Even though breakfast is included, it was nothing to write home about. You are probably better off going somewhere else for food. "Don’t stay here. It was non refundable and I almost paid for another room to not stay here. Toilet didn’t work well. Tv was broken. Pool was gross. Chairs stained."
