There's essential no soundproofing at all (could hear the people in the next room engaging in activities that shall remain unnamed and could hear the other room's morning conversations clearly). There's also a window with no curtains where the sun hits directly in the early morning. But the worst part was all of the smoke that came in constantly into the room throughout the entire...
