"We had a hotel.com guarantee for 4 nights. The hotel told us that they would only honor 2 nights. We did not agree to this. We left and went to a different hotel. We were build by hotel.com for all 4 nights even though they knew about the changes. This is all documented via emails. Hotel.com and this hotel can not be trusted."
