"Long check in/check out line. NO FOOD available between Breakfast and Dinner, small area with junky packaged snack food for purchase. Beds are comfy, rooms are furnished with frumpy dumpy furniture. The ceiling over the bed had about 50 weird spots & stains. PARKING LOT has huge potholes and they charge $10 daily PrePaid by QR CODE separately before you even check in. It should be transparent & included in your hotel fees."

"Our AC and toilet didn’t work. They came to look at the toilet when we were away but nothing was resolved. We came back to find the AC not working and they moved us rooms. The new rooms AC worked but the bathroom sink didn’t drain. We just dealt with it. Nothing fancy but was an easy location to and from Salem"

After a long travel day and the room still not ready by 4pm was slightly annoying. There was water issues in the city that day, I know this because I overheard, not by information from staff. "I loved the location of this hotel. It was literally steps from everything. Check-in and check-out were convenient, even when our flight was delayed coming in and we left early to go back home. The room itself was wonderful - spacious with amazingly big windows to let in the sunshine. The kitchenette was perfect for us to have breakfast in.
