"We had a very disturbing and uncomfortable experience during our stay. At around 1:00 AM, while my family and I were in the bedroom preparing to sleep, I suddenly opened the window and was shocked to find an elderly man standing outside, apparently looking through our bedroom window and listening to us. We were extremely frightened and felt that our privacy had been seriously violated. When he realized that I had seen him, he pretended that he was simply pouring water on the grass. I...

"Very relaxing place. We did go during renovations so not everything was available. Great for couples. Be sure to rent a car! Popular for couples and young families."

"Beautiful scenic location. Staff very attentive and always happy to help. Amazing breakfast & very good quality restraunts. The Spa experience was outstanding. Thank you to all the staff who made our 1st year anniversery a very special one. I highly recommend to all"

"For a 5 star hotel and, the price I paid disappointed is the least I can say. The breakfast was terrible"

"The staff at this Fairmont were all so friendly and accommodating. Overall the property is beautiful but the hallways and rooms were not as clean as I would expect for a Fairmont. But the service and food quality outweighed any concerns about cleanliness."
