"Amazing stay"

"From start to finish, we had such a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s a beautiful place, tastefully furnished, with stunning views that really make the experience special. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. From management to the front door team, security, and the breakfast and lunch staff, everyone was incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. "Staff is very nice and helpful, but the place itself is not satisfactory. They need to invest in keeping the place clean, and updated. It has a funky smell all over. "

"I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor."

AC was stuck on heat, complained twice and nothing happened. fridge was like warm, basically non-existent. one evening as we were tired and wanted to eat. we asked a member of staff if we could order food but he deceived us saying there was no need to order and made us believe that the buffet at the hotel was complimentary, even ensured it. when they gave us the bill at the end, that same member of staff’s acting was superb, pretending as if he was shocked. same member of...

"The hotel is well located in a center area of Islamabad. The room was comfortable, clean, and had all the essentials for a good stay. All members of the staff were great, friendly and helpful. I will certainly stay here again."

"Avoid this place. I booked 10 days for my wife, when she arrived an old man “the owner” said we don’t take any online bookings, pay 8000rs cash now. The guy was very rude. I had to contact Expedia for my money, Expedia then gave me a replacement hotel. The owner works there and it’s not a hotel, it’s a restaurant with some nasty old rooms. Avoid it at all cost!"

"The staff was very friendly and willing to assist with any special request. Mr Raza Subtain was definitely very pleasant at all times in his daily greetings. It was a joy to get to know him and the fro t desk personnel. "
