I requested a shower mat from the front desk on two separate occasions, and each time I was told someone would bring it, but it never arrived. This lack of follow-through was frustrating and concerning, especially given the safety risk. On a more positive note, the breakfast was acceptable, but the options were limited and not very healthy. Overall, the lack of response from staff regarding a basic safety request significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel improves both its responsiveness and guest safety measures."
