"We arrived early for check-in. We had asked for a quiet room before. The rcptionst snt us to a rm on 6th floor looking at directly to runway!. Since the rm smelled really bad, we wanted to change it. Thistime he said we needd to wait bcs the new rm was being cleand. We waited almost 1hr at lbby and fnlly he said we can go to rm, cleaning is done. When we went to rm we saw that it wasn't cleand. Cleaning lady took a chair from the rm to the hallway for me to sit and said she'd finish cleaning as...

"Damn expensive hotel in which to spend the night, but worth the stress busting luxury of strolling across to the terminal when catching an early morning flight out of the EU. Very quiet. Breakfast doesn’t open in time so grab something at the terminal. Would have liked some tea bags in the room, not just coffee pods."

"Residence Inn Brussels Airport was our favorite hotel of the trip. It truly felt like coming home after a full day of exploring. The room was spotless, comfortable, and the kitchenette was well equipped and very convenient. We also appreciated the excellent hair dryer, iron, and on-site laundry facilities. "My stay here was great! Housekeeping came by every day with clean sheets and towels, which I really appreciated. My only complaint was that the sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Other than that, the staff was very sweet, helpful, and welcoming. The property was overall clean, and I felt safe staying here as a solo traveler. It is also very close to the airport and about 15–20 minutes from the city center. Overall, I had an awesome stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Muy buena ubicación. El ascensor funcionó siempre. La comodidad del departamento buena, tenía todo lo indispensable para pasarlo bien. Estuvimos muy cómodas. Los días de mucho calor de agosto, el ventilador de pie fue insuficiente, sobre todo a la tarde. El café, papel higiénico debía reponerse con más frecuencia porque para 10 días no fue suficiente. Lo solicitamos un par de veces. En general muy bien. Vuelvo 7 días a fines de agosto"
