"The room was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom, in particular, looked like it hadn’t been touched in a very long time, and the bedding was worn, stained, and shabby. Because of these conditions, we felt it was unacceptable to stay and had no choice but to leave immediately. What made the situation even more disappointing was that the hotel refused to issue a refund, despite the condition of the room. As a result, we had to find another place to stay and ended up paying additional money for a room at DoubleTree by Hilton just to have a clean and safe environment. Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, both due to the lack of cleanliness and the refusal to take responsibility."

"The room was clean and bed comfortable. What we appreciated the most was the accommodation being on the bottom floor and near the exit door because of what we had to being in from the car of an overnight stay"

"I’ve stayed at 3 other hotels before in town but this will be my go-to going forward. The staff (African-American woman and Caucasian woman who I believe was the manager) were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the staff cleaned it everyday during my stay! Most hotels clean every other day if that or by request only. Housekeeping was the best so I left them a tip. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast as well as the heated pool. Wi-Fi was reliable. We will stay here again in the future."

"One night traveling - Everything was fine, especially for the price. Room was clean, tv amazing, shower pressure was awesome. They had a pool and workout room. Some road noise. Bed comfortable for me. Front desk clerk friendly- free cookie- nice comfortable lobby - I did not have breakfast. "
