"Hotel was excellent. The staff was amazing, breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. On-site parking. Hotel is the perfect location if you're going to a football game which we did at the Air Force academy. Close to Garden of the Gods and every place you want to see"

"After a screw-up in departure date, the hotel refused to give me an additional day at the convention rate even though the convention was ongoing. Some elevators not working, and those that did had issues with stuck buttons. They kept the air conditioning on so cold that the decent breakfast buffet was invariably cold by the time you got your plate to a table. Not what you'd expect from a Hilton property."

"This “pet friendly” hotel only has certain rooms available for pets, so please be aware if your booking with a pet. We drove 15hrs to be told they did not have a pet friendly room available. Even though I paid when I reserved and said I had a pet; I was not offered a partial refund or anything, just told “that’s what happens when you use a third party to book”. So, we lost the money and had to drive another hour to find an available room on Labor Day weekend."

"The outlets were broken. In the morning the lights flickered and then shut off and then only came on when my husband hit the wall. The bedding was not clean. The elevator door looked as though it was barely hanging on. There were multiple homeless people out front and people working on their cars in the parking lot."
