"Secara umum pelayanan Hotel Ameera boutique baik, kamar kami di lantai 3 dan untuk menuju kesana tidak ada lift hanya ada tangga. Untuk kamar mandi di lantai 3 bersih dan cukup luas. Untuk jalan2 ke Malioboro sangat dekat dan di depan hotel dan sekitarnya banyak makanan sehingga tidak sulit untuk mendapatkan makanan. Parkir cukup luas."

But when we arrived we were told our room did not include breakfast. "If you want decent service this hotel is not for you. The service was shockingly bad none of the front of house staff or restaurant staff spoke any english which resulted in every order wrong whether it be food or drinks, the hotel itself is clean the room is good but the staff are awful maybe because they cannot communicate they seem rude and ignorant. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone there are far better quality hotels in the area for a better price "
