"We stayed in a studio apartment for 3 nights and are so happy that we did. From start to finish everything was perfect. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the decor in the studio was slick and chic, the size of the was fantastic fantastic, the beds were extremely comfy and you could not hear a pin drop it was so quiet having the studio at the back. You cannot fault the location it is central to everything. I would definitely stay here again if ever retuning back to Berlin. "

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "
