"I booked four rooms for family staying in Silver City during graduation. All rooms were dirty and very dated, but mine was the worse. The bathroom was filthy with urine stains on the floor, pubic hairs on the walls and in the shower, and yellow grime on the bathtub. There were also 2 dead roaches in the room and it had not been vacuumed. Bed was incredibly old and very hard. I asked for a new room but they would not accommodate my request and on a busy weekend, there were no other hotels...

"The room was perfect super clean, spotless and the bed very comfy and free odor! Felt like sleep at home. Floor & carpet is felt clean and fresh. Travel with dog, there is grassy area and doggy bag for dog doing their business. We also diapered our dog while in the room to avoid any accident. 🐾 Hilton always on top of their cleanliness. Thank you."

The towels I was given was dirty, sheets where stained and the door frame was damaged to the point I was not comfortable in the room. Overall the stay was not a good...
