"Great hotel. Have stayed there several times. First time in the wing that is a little starved of hot water. Having to run the sink was not great."

"The staff that interacts directly with the customer is outstanding. This includes the front desk and the food services staff at breakfast and the evening reception. Housekeeping is inconsistent and often misses simple items such as replenishing the coffee. Overall, the hotel needs a little TLC. In our room, some of the flooring was coming up.
