"A lovely experience. The staff were warm and helpful. A very unique stay if you're looking from something different. Some rooms on the third floor would be tough for tall people.
Roughly ten minute walk south or less, mostly flat, to the old bridge. And more cafes and restaurants a few minutes to the north. Great location just outside the old town. Nice light breakfast with good coffee"

"Bijzonder onvriendelijke ontvangst. Eigenaresse was onaardig en ongeïnteresseerd. Ontbijt om 07:30 was niet mogelijk maar op de kamer lag infop dat het wel kon. Prima locatie t.o.v. de Bezienswaardigheden. Erg schone kamer. Gratis onbewaakte parkeerplaats is 400 meter lopen. Wij gaan hier niet meer terug. "

"La ubicacion en google era incorrecta por lo que me costo mucho encontrar el hotel. Una carretera muy dificil al estilo de la que sube a los lagos de Covadonga en España. Lejos de Mostar. Para poder visitar la ciudad necesitas cubrir el trayecto 3 veces. Precio alto para tres personas. Pague 100 euros este Agosto.
Lo mejor del hotel es su Management. Me trataron muy bien cuando exprese mis dificultades cuando mi mujer se puso enferma y tuvimos que cambiar la fecha sin coste . Cuando me queje...

"Everything was great except two things and those are: 1.bathroom shower was leaking water and shower faucet handle was broken. 2.Music that was coming from the lower level club was very loud after midnight."
