Be aware that Hotels.com makes it look like you are booking an actual motel room, with an 11am checkout, however we were given a cabin, with instructions that cabin check was 10am. "The biggest issue is unresponsive staff. Very hard to get service. No coffee or milk at breakfast, but they had cold cereal. Receptionist had to run to the store for milk at 8:00 am, and we were the only guests at the hotel. "

"The property was nice. Everything was clean besides the shower. We went to take a shower Saturday night and when we opened the shower door there was sand on the floor. The grout was blue like they sprayed stuff but forgot to wash it. There was also a bunch of hair on the ground and in the drain. We didn’t reach out to the property manager since we were leaving the next morning and it was later at night. But that was very disappointing that the shower was so gross.
