"We chose one of the cabinet instead of RV they offering. Room itself is large and clean. However there is no shampoo and conditioner provided, and this was not communicated during booking or any messages. Not sure about business hour communication, but off hour communication is NON EXISTENCE. We checked in late around 7pm, noticed there was no shampoo, so we texted and called the number they provided, but no answers or response. According to the message they sent, we could go find the host at...

"We had a great stay in one of the Chalets at this Inn. The property is beautiful. Our rooms were a bit dated but clean and cozy. The dinner at the pub was excellent, especially the fish cakes and the sticky toffee pudding. They offer a shuttle from the chalets to the restaurant, which is good the road was quite bumpy, and we wanted to have a few drinks at dinner. It’s in a good location, just off the Cabot trail and close to Inverness beach. Highly recommend staying here if you are in this...

"I would not recommend staying here. The property looked quite run-down and poorly maintained from the outside. The self check-in process was also confusing, as the room name on my reservation did not match the room I was actually assigned, so I had to call to confirm that I was entering the correct room. Inside, the furniture was very dated, and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. However, these issues alone would not have made me leave a negative review. What really made the experience...
