"Housekeeping was poor, room was not cleaned, coffee/tea not replenished - had to complain on multiple occasions. Lights flickering in the room, chair leg broken! Filipino staff were outstanding and always had the customer at the forefront of every interaction. No warning in advance (for anyone with limb weaknesses) that there were multiple stairs to climb up and down to get to the room. No directory of phone numbers in the room so very difficult to get hold of reception - had to call room...

"Sehr gutes Hotel und tolles All In Programm. Das Essen war sehr gut und auch das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Lediglich musste einer der beiden Hauptpools zweimal wegen Wartung gesperrt werden. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Meerblick unter einem der Restaurants und nach Betriebsschluss konnte man im Zimmer sehr gut hören wie die Tische verschoben wurden."
