"The room was terrible and I got upgraded. The bed situation was horrible. Every time you sat on it or got up a horrible noise from the frame happened. The gentleman at the frint desk was very friendly."

"The room had smell of dog urine in several areas. I don’t mind paying extra for my dog but at least don’t make me smell the previous guest dog pee. Otherwise room was very nice and everything else appeared clean."
