"Lovely Hotel , very clean and fab room but could of done with a bigger room with our Grandson.! Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. A tiny fridge would be helpful in the room but over all we had a lovely stay at the Birdham. What a lovely part of the Island Bembridge is, in my opinion the nicest exception apart from the Needles. Bembridge has lovely quiet beaches to visit and we found the people very friendly. Was a wonderful week🙂"

"Lovely old fashioned traditional hotel where guests are always right ! I was very impressed when I booked an evening meal . I had warned them I have numerous food intolerances . I hoped they would have something I could eat so was blown away when I was given a menu especially made for ME !! Ventnor is quiet and quaint . Only thing I struggled with was the room was very very warm so sleeping was tricky and it was very small for two ."

"We recently stayed as a group at the Holmwood, and we all had a lovely stay! we found the beds to be very comfortable. Staff were fantastic, the hotel was very clean and they had provided extra fans to keep rooms cool and The rooms were spacious, however some of the bathrooms dated as well as corridors etc of the hotel. "Not good for stay"

"It was very hot and they forgot to put a fan in my room but when ask one was supplied, the doors on the outside keep banging when other guests coming or going and the noise from some bikes rasing on the street below my window kept me up a long time during the night but the staff in the restaurant and hotel are great."

"We booked a one night stay in the Albert Room. Room was very nice, particularly the wonderful sea views, comfortable bed and air conditioning. Bathroom was spacious and featured a double rainfall shower. Towels were soft and felt quite new. "Great location just a couple of minutes from the beach. Tucked away in a quiet area. Good parking for a motorbike. All staff friendly and helpful. Room had all you needed. Large fan was a godsend. Breakfast cooked to order and delicious. Indoor pool lovely. Even has a brilliant private snooker room. Would stay again for next IOW visit."

"This was the first Hotel i have stayed in where a Fridge in the room wasn't available I would not recommend Room 23 as it was so noisy , above the main door in , the Bins were collected at 5am and we didn't get any sleep after that."
