"The staff at front desk was awful, one woman was the one there but I don’t remember the name, she didn’t want to help us in the accommodation of 9 people, she charged us $166 per room, even though one person stayed alone. The hotel is beautiful but the rooms were not clean at all. The bar the personal great, the food and drinks were ok."

"I booked a hotel ended up being moved to a hostel/BnB without the breakfast. No one to assist me with anything. Ended up at my hostel by chance, someone in the neighborhood knew where it was. No one told me where or what room I was in. Spent an hour waiting for a reply to my messages. Finally got in the room... the mattress was worn out like it spent 10 years in a house of ill repute. I woke up with a sore back, good thing I only had to sleep on it for four hours. "

"The shower never worked and there was too much sound (music) during the night and early in the morning. The room we choose had a picture with tv but there was none in the room. We also got food poisoning from our dinner. Javier the guy from the reception was nice and the view was great."
