Beds were firm, the room was in good condition, no in-room coffee maker but available if asked. Would stay again. Happy customers."

It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking. "Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lovely Rural Hixton Farmhouse. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and were even better than described. The farmhouse is cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The hosts were wonderfully communicative, and we especially appreciated the surprise s’more fixings—a delightful and memorable treat! We highly recommend booking a stay at this farmhouse."
