"Our room was nasty. Front desk blew us off when we reported that our room didn’t have hot water for TWO DAYS! Maintenance claimed they were 15 mins away to check our room and two hours passed with no maintenance showing up. Front desk had an attitude because we kept going back to see when maintenance would show up. We finally talked to a manager and she refunded us $38 resort fee and moved us into another DIRTY room.
