"What a fantastic way to start experiencing Wadi Rum. Communication from the property before the trip was easy. There is a vehicle that takes you from the parking area to the actual hotel -- this is also where you can reserve a desert excursion. (Note: cash only and there are no ATMs around.) The hotel staff is great. Check-in was easy. My "room" was clean and comfortable -- and cool, as the property had set the AC before my arrival. Great view of the desert from the bed and couch. "We booked this to be close to Rainbow Street and really liked the neighborhood. Lots of cafés around, easy to park on the street. Communication was very efficient and swift, the room large, bright, clean, and quiet. Would come back again and can absolutely recommend."
