"I stayed with my family in the Christmas Eve at this hotel. This was my second visit, 17 years after our honeymoon at the same venue. Courtesy of the staff at the front office needs to be upgraded. Restaurant staff was great. Good food. Initially given a deteriorated room but immediately changed upon request.
