From the minute you enter the hotel the staff was always so friendly and always willing to take care of any questions we had. The housekeeping staff made sure our room was always spotless and they would go so far to make the bed in a different design every day. "Do not recommend this place at all. There was nobody at the reception. Gave us the wrong room. Then we asked for the room that we paid for. They charged exrtra for that. We didn't receive any bed sheets. The best part is I wanted to go the toilet at 4.00 am and found out no water in the toilet and I had to call the manager lady early in the morning but no answer. Terribel place. Avoid this place at all cost. "

"Neues Zimmer wirkt wie frisch gestrichen und alles sauber. Freundliches Personal. Zum Lunch hatten wir paar Kleinigkeiten bestellt, waren leider nicht durch gekocht, abends aßen wir auswärts. In 20 Min mit dem Tucktuck im botanischen Garten. Frühstück nichts besonderes, aber ausreichend zum satt werden."

"The torturous winding road and hairpin bends,make this hotel quite difficult to get to; it is also at the top of a very, very steep mountain, SO steep and narrow our car could not make it to the top. We had to get out and climb the next kilometre on foot, with our baggage, up a rough, unmade, rocky road; when we eventually arrived we faced another climb up two dozen steep steps to the door.
