"Really enjoyed our stay at Poulsbo Inn and Suites. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, had nice mountain views, and the staff were friendly. Got a homey family vibe from the place, which after a few weeks on the road staying at bigger name hotels, was really welcome. Bagels and coffee were an unexpected perk. "

"The key cards stopped working multiple times, which is required for you enter the parking garage. Once I went inside to correct it and could not find anyone who worked there for almost 10 minutes. Staff was good other than that."

For example, the front desk is only open M-F from 8a-6p so if you need help outside of those hours, you’re SOL. - Cleaning service is only done on a bi-weekly so when we stayed here for 5 days, the room got pretty dirty and we had trash and dirty towels piling up. - The portable AC included in the room...
