"Çok kötü bir deneyimdi. 10. katta bir odada kalıyorduk. Dinlenmeye gittiğimiz otelde dinlenemedik. 11. katta rooftop bar bulunmaktaydı. Otelin ses yalıtımı yoktu. Saat 3 e kadar yüksek sesle müzik çaldı. Bize 12 mekanın kapanacağı söylenmesine rağmen hiç bir değişiklik olmadı. Resepsiyonla her yarım saatte bir konuştuk. Hiçbir müdahalede bulunmadılar. Ellerinden birşey gelmediğini söylediler. Çok düşük bir puanı hakkediyorlar. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. "

Her ne kadar 'eksiğimiz var, kusura bakmayın' dese de otelde (!) hiçbir şey yok. Kahvaltı yapacak yer ve kahvaltı bile! Varolan telefon numarası da kendi cep telefonu. Eğer açıksa ulaşabilirsiniz. Evet dedik ve odamızın anahtarını verdi (en uzak olan oda). Sanki az para vermişiz gibi. Kapı kilitlenmiyor diyorum, siz yapamamışsınızdır diyor. Tabi ısrar edince onlar da denedi ve yapamadı. "Fairly new hotel. On a nice day an easy walk from the Metro station at Kurtkoy even with luggage. To answer a question I had but couldn't find any information, there is no airport shuttle here. Perhaps in the future, but it is a short and inexpensive taxi ride to SAW airport so no real problem. The lobby bar is quite useful. But bear in mind no room service and I found it difficult to see any menu or hours for the restaurant on lobby level, which mostly seemed empty and possibly closed. Found a cute little pizza place nearby but there are not a ton of food options within walking area for hotel. Overall this is a very comfortable place to stay and moreso than other airport hotels I've been in. Great value!"
