"Amazing place and staff"

"The staff have great customer service skill especially the Front desk staff. Keep up the good work! Kudos to everyone at Hotel Mercante. We had a great stay. Vigan is a lovey place with rich history."

"Staff are great, rooms are okay but pool and other amenities needs improvements. Breakfast buffet too was not great unlike before. Lesser choices and food quality is not good."

"Place is clean staff are very helpful I love my stay"

"Everything was great! Very welcoming staff, breakfast is amazing! View, pool, room, beach, and everything else is awesome!"

"Great"

"We were given rooms on the side opposite the ocean even though the hotel was nearly empty. I had no issue with the facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice pool area and beyond it the beach and ocean. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. All things considered, I would rather have been in San Juan where the action is."

"If all you need is a place to sleep and wash this is for you but of you plan on spending any time there i would suggest elsewhere."

"Excellent service and location"

"The area was nice but the rooms was not at all. Trying to check in was a nightmare. Room was not ready when arrived. I didn't have wifi at all."
