"A very pleasant few days at The Pelangi. The resort is spacious with well kept grounds and fantastic pools. Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful, a special shout out for the kindness of Azri at the Cascade Pool. The rooms could perhaps do with a little update, and breakfast was a bit overcrowded at the Pelangi Grill on one of the days, but nothing that spoiled our lovely experience at Pelangi. "

"Westin Langkawi is a lovely resort with a beautiful view of the ocean and surrounding islands. Staff are very attentive and accommodating. The room itself was large and comfortable however could do with some freshening up as it seems to be a bit outdated. Excellent buffet breakfast with great view. Other food options at the resort were not to the standard I would have hoped considering price. Lovely outdoor pools with plenty of shaded areas to relax. "

The pools are huge which I really liked. The options for food are ok. The quality of the food is below europeans standards. And the possibility to go out for diner require a bit more effort since the resort is very secluded and there is not much in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the nature and the animals around the area.
