"The room, the view, the amenities and especially the staff was truly 5 star, best I have seen.
The staff especially makes you feel comfortable and very much appreciated, a mutual feeling I can assure them
What can be improved is the quality of breakfast, which I feel for a resort like that was very very sub-par. Just cause you fill all the space doesn’t mean there is quality of food- please consider a wider variety of items "

"Had a great stay at Bayview Hotel Langkawi. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they kindly arranged early check-in for us upon request. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"The resort is beautiful. Large spacious clean bedrooms and bathrooms. The bathtub was huge and an amazing design. Delicious breakfast. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The kids club could do with a refurbishment, but they did different activities with them every day which they enjoyed."
