"Room wasn’t very clean, there was thick dust someone’s clothes that they had left in the room previously and the spare pillows were covered in what looked like crumbled plasterboard? I’m not sure how long they had not been touched. generally in need of a refurb in the bathroom, mould stained tiles and just poor quality facilities. The AC was insufficient and was not able to get the room below 20 degrees. The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable enough but the duvet was far too thick...

"Conveniently located a short walk from the central train station and a metro station. Breakfast was good - lots of options. Comfortable beds. We had a nice view from our room. Do not count on room service in the evening. We were advised to order food using Uber Eats since it would take too long for us to get our food. Housekeeping left our window open a few times. All in all, we would stay here again."

"There was no ramp to enter the hotel, therefore guests were struggling with their suitcases up the 3 steps into the lobby from the sidewalk including me."
