"Our room wasn't ready when we arrived at check-in time. My son tripped in the pothole filled parking lot. The pool was fun but we had to get towels from the front desk as they were not stocked. Our room would shake randomly throughout our stay; the lamp shades were bouncing pretty good! To top it off, our bathroom smelled like urine the entire time. Concerns were brought to staff and all we got was a "we are very sorry.""

"We tried to cancel, and only had messaging as an option due to our emergency - all communications was ignored until 2nd day and then told they wouldn't refund anything as we were too late. Property is completely run down. Thisbis the 2nd ramada experience that was absolutely horrible, and these motels that ramada/Wyndham have out their name to is a huge setback for these companies"

"I was on the first floor right by reception. The noise was unbearable and no staff member tried to quiet the people/kids. The property is very run down and the suite was not inviting. The couch needs replacing. Not what I was hoping for"

"Breakfast has a vast number of choices and was very fresh. The breakfast area was laid out nicely to accommodate all the guests moving through efficiently. The room was clean and comfortable, albeit the aircon/heater unit was a bit noisy. It was a case of 'can't sleep with it; can't sleep without it' We did manage to have a good sleep regardless."

"You get what you pay for. It was a big room with two beds in a large bathroom. It had a little fridge and a fireplace. The room had air air-conditioning. It was simple and clean. It even had a big desk to get worked done. For the price, it was worth it. Obviously it has tons of improvement, but that would require a higher price tag. I’m happy and I would book here again."

"If if you are attending a concert at Commonwealth Stadium, it was the perfect place to stay as the Century Park train station was 10 minutes away. We hopped on as it’s the end of the line got seats and we didn’t have to drive into the city, which was fantastic. The restaurant staff were slow and the rest of the staff in the hotel were fantastic."

"Stay was great we loved it. Spacious room and modernized appliances. It was indeed home away from home. Sraff was great and understood their assignment. I gave 4 stars because ice machines were not working on some floors including the floor I stayed and breakfast were too repetitive..waffles for days. Adding pancake would be better Overall, it was a nice stay and I recommend"
