"There was lots to do on and off the resort. The water was prestine. Lots of families with children were there. Riding there bikes and swimming. The view was amazing and the sea life i.e.turtles and fish right outside the overwater bunglows was so nice to see. "Le Taha’a Hotel is the most amazing place. The grounds are unbelievable. The attention to detail is apparent. This is the third time I have visited this property and this time arrived with eight friends. The hotel did not disappoint. I chose Lagoon view beach property as we have stayed over water every other time. We had our own little private beach with a private outdoor bathtub and plunge pool"

"Wow…Words can’t describe enough the service and stay at this Lodge&Villa. The yacht club is the closest restaurant that is walking distance with local performances on Saturday&Tuesday. My recommendation is to rent a scooter or rental car to experience the other local restaurants as to there are a distance away from the lodge."

Nothing I didn’t anticipate having read other reviews. I still give a 5 because the villa has so much character and the view is so spectacular. "This is an awesome place - lovingly created and cared for by the owners. There is beautiful art all around and the view is amazing. But keep in mind that it's not for everyone. It's set back on a hill in the jungle. Getting to the beach involves riding a bike 15-20 minutes or renting a scooter or car. We got a car. I wouldn't recommend it for seniors, young children or people with mobility issues. There are some steps down to the bathroom and the walkways can be a little tricky for older folks. "
