"Youth sports teams were in house, running, yelling and knocking on doors and down the hallways and stairwell from 3:15pm until 9pm. The only time it was quiet was between 6-6:45pm, I assume the pizza party in the cafe was during that time. Went down to the desk around 8:15 (after I already called down) to find all of the parent drinking and socializing in the lobby.
