"Ein tolles Hotel für Familien, fußläufig zum tollen Strand. Das Reinigungspersonal war allerdings sehr unmotiviert bei der Reinigung unseres Zimmers. Selbst mit ein wenig Trinkgeld kam keine bessere Leistung. Schade. Aber der Rest war einfach nur toll."

"Hôtel très propre et très belle chambre. L’ensemble du personnel est très agréable. Station idéale pour les familles. Buffet de qualité. Le seul point à améliorer serait le All inclusive, peu de choix hors du buffet. Restaurant de la piscine payant. Nous recommandons largement cet hôtel. "

" Service : durchgehend freundlich und aufmerksam so dass man sich von Anfang an herzlich willkommen gefühlt hat. Die gesamte Anlage war gepflegt und besonders Pool und Sonnenterasse wurden ständig gereinigt und kontrolliert. Lediglich an den letzten Tagen war das Housekeeping nicht so akkurat wie in den Tagen davor. "

"Die Anlage und Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr viele Eltern mit Kleinkinder. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das essen ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Anlage ist groß, vom Poolbar oder Strandbar braucht man weile berghoch zu laufen, es gibt kleine ShuttleBusse, die die Gäste zur Rezeption und Hauptrestaurant bringen, allerdings fahren sie wann sie wollen und ziemlich wild, in allen sinnen des Wortes."

"Good all round service"

"I cannot thank Jose, Sara & Marien enough for such a wonderful stay. The sea view was so worth it! The room was spectacular! The location was so perfect. The wrist band for your room access made locking up and go so seamless. Porto Cristo is a wonderful beach. Cala Petita and Cala Murta are walking distance as well with the most spectacular views. The caves are right by Cala Murta. For solo travellers, the restaurant Porto Bello serve paella for 1 which is fab since it is so hard to come...
