"I like that the breakfast was served until 12:00 and they had a snack from 21:30 till 23:00 which was brilliant. Cleaning was done everyday which you dont find in some 5* hotels. I did not like some of the staff being rude and the area you are a bit isolate, and they can improve the transfer to the beach with a bigger car. "

"Everything was great for a 3 star. Drinks choices were as you'd expect (a limited list of 4-5 cocktails) as well as the usual beers, spirits and mixers. Bar staff were generous with their measures. Food, whilst not fine dining, there was always a good selection and they tried to mix things up a bit at least. Snack bar was kept topped up all day with burgers, hot dogs, chips, nuggets.etc too. "Wir sind als Familie mit zwei Kinder in einer Suite untergebracht gewesen und waren mit dem Komfort sehr zufrieden. Die Halbpension war für uns für die Woche ausreichend und bot auch Abwechselung. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Schön, dass es einen separaten Poolbereich für Erwachsene gibt, die den Familien und Kindern mal "entfliehen" wollen. Der kleine Kinderpool neben dem kleinen Spielplatz war angenehm temperiert. Der größere (Nicht-)Schwimmerpoolbereich war schön zum Schwimmen, Tauchen, Bahnen...

"Die Anlage und Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr viele Eltern mit Kleinkinder. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das essen ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Anlage ist groß, vom Poolbar oder Strandbar braucht man weile berghoch zu laufen, es gibt kleine ShuttleBusse, die die Gäste zur Rezeption und Hauptrestaurant bringen, allerdings fahren sie wann sie wollen und ziemlich wild, in allen sinnen des Wortes."

"We had a great time at HSM Sa Coma and would highly recommend. We had plenty to do for our short trip and there are lots of activities within walking distance. The hotel was quiet when we stayed (early June), so it was helpful to unwind too. We enjoyed the food and drink options. Good options for vegetarians, but they could be further improved. Lots of hotel-based entertainment if you want more than to relax."

"The hotel's attractive grounds feature an abundance of plants. Its proximity to the beach and the restaurant's direct view of the sea are wonderful. The reception staff are friendly, competent, and helpful. Unfortunately, the restaurant service staff were overworked in the evening, so service was sometimes slow. The rooms were noisy, and almost all of the guests were families with children, which made it loud at times during breakfast and dinner."
